Cancellations & Refund Policy

At WHAT A BUSINESS, we are committed to providing high-quality services to clients exploring franchise and business opportunities. To ensure transparency and fairness, please review our cancellation and refund terms below:


1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our services—which involve time-bound consulting, strategic planning, and the delivery of proprietary materials—all purchases and service engagements are considered final and non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.


2. Cancellations

  • Consulting & Program Services: Cancellations made within 24 hours of payment may be eligible for review and partial refund, subject to administrative charges and provided that no service work has commenced.
  • Franchise Matchmaking & Deal Services: These services involve third-party coordination; therefore, once initiated, no cancellations or refunds will be provided.
  • Workshops, Webinars, or Training Sessions: Cancellation is allowed up to 3 business days prior to the event. A credit note may be issued for future use, at our discretion.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds, if considered, will only be processed under the following conditions:

  • A duplicate payment was made in error.
  • A service was paid for but not delivered due to fault on our part.
  • A cancellation was requested within the allowable time window and no work has commenced.

Refunds are not applicable under any of the following:

  • Client changes their mind after the service starts.
  • Client does not provide required information/documents in time.
  • Perceived lack of success, leads, or business outcome, as we do not guarantee results.

4. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days via the original method of payment.
  • Administrative or processing fees may apply and will be deducted from the refundable amount.

5. No Refund for Third-Party Fees

Any fees paid to franchisors, real estate agents, vendors, or other third parties facilitated by WHAT A BUSINESS are governed by their respective terms and are not covered by this policy.


6. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

All cancellation or refund requests must be submitted in writing to:

Please include your full name, contact details, date of transaction, service purchased, and reason for the request.


7. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and will apply prospectively.
